What a horrible disappointment. The restaurant was so bad. No stock on what we preferred. (Two options no stock) Had to order “400” grams of ribs, that smelt and tasted funny. Was told it is the marinade and three is nothing wrong, and was billed for both dinners in full, after refusing to eat it at R220 per plate of couple of small pieces of smelly ribs that tasted funny, and some chips… Noisy. Coffee table so small in room with incomplete stock.. No bar fridge. The passages are dark and creepy. Only reception ladies are friendly here, and that is about it. Came here before for business, but will ensure our company never sends our staff here again!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The service was shocking. The tv, bathroom light and Wi-Fi was not working on arrival. We were given one towel for me and my husband to share after house keeping left. The room floors were so dirty. They definitely don’t deserve the 4 star rating they have.

We stayed for 3 nights and I do have some issues with the place. When you travel, by car, for 1100km one would expect to at least meet up with friends and family and invite them for a quick visit. The apartment (527) had only a hand-full of cutlery and crockery, not even enough for 2 people. The mattress is the worst I ever slept on, the cleanliness is non existent (wife had to spend an hour to clean-up), bedding sux as they only give a fitted sheet. No shower in the unit leaving older folks, like me, with a huge problem getting in and out the bath. Build in safe in the room, but you can’t use it. Some positives is the amount of storage, good appliances, free wifi and the location. Will I stay there again, chances are NO unless some improvements are made to the issues raised

What a terrible experience! I immediately booked out when I saw the room, the bad smell of food cooking next door overhelmed the room and we couldn’t stand it. I filled in all the paperwork ( this was in June 2023) and still I didn’t receive my promised refund. Trying to solve this with the financial manager via phone was a disaster, he had a argumentative and negative attitude as it was my fault that they never mentioned certain aspects of this room on the website. Stay away from their Queen room, its actually a family unit with a seperate split door used as a exclusive double room while your neighbours are cooking smelly foods next door

Booked in on the 24th of September 2023, with my friend from America. Room provided smelled horrible and the sliding door was cracked. When we requested a refund, we were shown 2 other rooms – giving the benefit of the doubt – but same story, the smell. We requested a refund again. All paper work was done at the front desk, and we were assured that the refund would be processed within 7 – 10 working days. Today is the 18th of October 2023, after 3 phone calls over 2 days, I was informed that the paperwork is missing. Unacceptable. Do NOT pay upfront without inspecting the rooms first
