One again, Quin and Bull disappoints. We have been long time supporters of this place since the days when it was still Harlequins bar. Too understaffed to service a full bar during the rugby, the waiter saw us three times in in 3 hours. Took 1 hour to make breakfast. Egg shells in the food and not enough 500ml glasses to serve beer. Management will once again make all kinds of excuses, but the reality is that this is a bar with fantastic potential, but is poorly managed and pride is not taken in their service. From a long time patron, you will not see me again until you can start getting the basics right. Poor!!

Arrived at halftime of Bulls/Lions game with not many people. Waited for service….. eventually ordered at bar. See pic. After game, still no service, yet greeted by Jacques, the manager… Then ordered pizza from Bird&Co online for delivery. Enjoyed my fresh, warm pizza while others were still waiting for service. Something HUGE changed here. Not good!!!
