Food was cold and stale. Ordered chips and receive half filled containers. Previous time we got dessert the ice cream container was also half full. Not a happy customer.

Arrived at the store want to place a online order but the store was not available to make a order online. spoke to the staff and asked to check why they are not online. And the only answer I got was they dont know. Ask regarding if they can assist with the special that was online in store as they not display online and also got the same responsonse. This was the last time the store would see me. You lost one local customer.

Good day, It’s the second time I have ordered through Mr Delivery. KFC is getting my orders wrong, I requested to swap out my chips for cole-salade, and did not receive it, my husband I requested to get the chips with his box meal and the mash and grave, but he did not receive the mash and grave. I also ordered two buddy Franta Orange drinks and did not get that. It seems that KFC Valhalla is getting order wrong out to the customers and I still have paid for al those things. I don’t think I will ever order from KFC Valhalla again, even if they are close to us.

It’s a really cool place to be in, not always packed with people, you don’t really wait long for your food. Not to mention the staff, they were super friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

So decided to try KFC again after my last disappointment in store. It’s not gotten better. Music was so loud the cashier and I couldn’t hear each other. Placed an order for 4 X uncle waffle meals.. Was then asked how many cold drinks I wanted with that.. Duh…. 4x meals = 4x colddrinks. Was asked if I wanted to donate to the feed a child, I said no thank, and was immediately returned a reply of “yoh!”. I was given the incorrect amount change and when I asked for my outstanding cash to be returned, was once again given “attitude” from the cashier who said she doesn’t have change… That’s not professional at all. Service was shocking, and staff don’t seem to want to assist correctly. Terrible outlet. Will not return.
