KFC Sasol Steve Biko

If i could give a negative rating, I would. This KFC needs to stop selling food. Most dry chicken I have ever had, tasteless… its like they use 7herbs instead of 11 herbs. The lady at the drive thru let me order, then said please go order at the next window… a simple streetwise2 order. No thank you.

I was so disappointed with the packaging of food,I saw this other staff preparing online order the hygiene was not good there and the customer ampits were just close by ,she packed the chips upside down and I asked her”those chips are falling mus ” and she said yes they are gonna fall on a box,with an attitude she picked those chips with her bare hands. I will never order from there

Had no machine Drinks. So went without for the same price. I used to love this Kfc. But it is seriously going down hill. I always gave you great reviews. Now I went through other reviews and most are bad. And your answer is always the same. Like you are not really paying attention. Just an automated reply, who keeps their receipts. As this is what you require when you send the response. Staff went from super fast and friendly to just not caring and lazy. Dont know if it is different shifts. But this is not the old Kfc that started out so great. Please read the complaints properly.
